• Your name and email address when you make a purchase through our online store (Stan Store)

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as financial details, health data or government identifiers.

 

Payment information is processed securely by our third-party store provider (Stan Store) and is not held by us.

• Deliver your assessment results and associated resources by email

• Process and fulfil your product purchases

• Follow up with you about your experience (as noted at the point of collection)

• Improve our products and communications over time.

 

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We will never sell your data. Ever.

When you submit your email address through our Leadership Self-Assessment, you will receive:

• Your personalised assessment results

• Two recommended assessment resources.

 

Josey may also follow up personally to see how you are getting on. This is not an automated newsletter subscription.

We use the following trusted third-party tools to deliver our services:

• EmailJS — to send assessment results directly to your inbox

• Stan Store — to process product purchases

• Wix — to host our website

• Social media platforms - for community engagement and content distribution.

 

Each of these providers has their own privacy policies and data handling practices. We encourage you to review these if you have specific concerns. We do not control how third-party platforms handle data shared directly with them.
