Refund Policy

1. Our Approach

We stand behind the quality of The Olive Tree Method and want every person who purchases our Products to feel supported and confident in their investment.

Because our Products are digital (downloadable e-books, templates and assessments), we are not able to offer refunds once a Product has been accessed or downloaded. This is standard practice for digital products and is consistent with consumer protection guidelines in New Zealand and Australia.

​

That said, we are real humans and we will always do our best to make things right.

​

2. 7-Day Unaccessed Window

If you have purchased a Product but have not yet accessed or downloaded it, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at:

Please include your name, the email address used for purchase, and your order confirmation number. We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days.

3. No Refund Once Accessed

Once a digital Product has been accessed, opened or downloaded, we are unable to offer a refund. This applies regardless of whether the full product has been used.

We encourage you to read the product description carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing. We are happy to help you determine whether a Product is right for you.

4. Goodwill Commitment

If you are genuinely unhappy with your purchase, please contact us. While we may not be able to provide a cash refund, we will always explore what we can do — whether that is answering questions, providing additional support, or finding another way to help you get value from the material.

Our goal is for every leader who engages with The Olive Tree Method to feel genuinely supported.

5. Faulty or Incomplete Products

If you experience a technical issue — such as a file that will not open or content that appears incomplete — please contact us immediately at josey@theolivetreemethod.com and we will resolve it promptly.

6. Future Products and Services

Refund terms for future higher-ticket offerings (such as workshops, group programs or consulting engagements) will be outlined specifically in the terms applicable to those products at the time of purchase.
